West Park is an 11-16 mixed secondary school located in the Spondon area of Derby in the English county of Derbyshire. It is a highly regarded school of 1,300 pupils.

Our success is underpinned by our strong culture and ethos – 'A caring school where we put pupils and their achievement first'. With your leadership, we will continue to drive excellence in all areas of the school’s life, to maintain outstanding outcomes and regain ‘Outstanding’ status.

The successful candidate will set standards and be the figurehead for the school community. The governors wish to develop an appropriate and sustainable position in the emerging educational landscape, whilst maintaining the many achievements of West Park.
