Safeguarding is of paramount importance to us, as is the welfare of all our pupils and staff and we expect this level of commitment from all our staff, governors and visitors. Our safeguarding policy is available to read on our website - www.windlehurst.stockport.sch.uk

  • Will continue to promote and develop the strong partnerships we have with parents and families to ensure the very best provision for children.

  • Is committed to a holistic approach that encompasses working in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team with a child-centred focus to support learning and well being.
  • Has a sound knowledge of financial and resource management, including an understanding of working under budgetary constraint.

We can offer you:

  • A school with pupils who have much to offer despite the personal challenges they face.
  • A committed, highly skilled and enthusiastic staff team working towards improving the life chances of children.
  • A governing body which is very committed and active within the school community and discharges its duties highly effectively.
