The Board of Governors, staff and children wish to appoint an experienced and talented Headteacher who can drive forward Wells Hall's mission to provide a broad, balanced and challenging learning environment which encourages every child to do their best.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

• has an ability to nurture young minds
• is an inspirational leader who can command an open and constructive culture of challenge and support which will drive success and high pupil achievement
• is a strategic thinker, with the ability to both identify areas for development and sustain long term improvement; and
• will continue to raise aspirations, standards and achievements for all our children.
