Job overview
ST MARGARET'S CEVAP SCHOOL, IPSWICH IP4 2BT
The Governors of St. Margaret's are seeking a Headteacher who will give inspirational leadership in our highly-regarded and caring school.
We have dedicated staff, supportive parents and, most importantly enthusiastic and confident pupils.
The school is in the midst of expanding from 210 to 420 pupils with phase 2 of the required building work due to start this year. The school is becoming more diverse as it serves the neighbourhood.
We are, therefore, seeking to appoint a head who:
- wholly supports the Christian ethos at the heart of this church school
- has experience of managing change
- will seek to maximise the contribution of the entire school body and community
- will continue to raise standards of attainment and progress to ensure that each child achieves their full potential.
As a professionally skilled governing body we will invest in the head's professional development to enable the school to continue to aim for the highest standards.
Roll: 330
