Job overview

The Governing body is seeking to appoint a committed practising Catholic who will provide inspirational leadership to build on the success of our popular school. 

We are looking for a person who:

  • has a strong Catholic faith and a clear understanding of education and leadership in a Catholic school
  • has a proven track record as an outstanding practitioner
  • will inspire, challenge, motivate and support staff at all levels
  • will enable every child to reach their highest potential
  • will nurture a strong caring ethos and community spirit within our school
  • has the ability and ambition to continue to manage change,  raise standards and progress the school’s journey from good to outstanding
  • will maintain and develop the school’s partnership with parents, parish and the wider community, and continue to build strong links with other local Catholic schools
