Headteacher

Ripley Court School is a popular, independent, co-educational preparatory school for 3-13 year olds set in 19 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside including extensive playing fields and a Forest School.  The school celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2018.  This year represents an exciting time for the school following the merger with Reed’s School in November 2019.

This position has arisen following the retirement of the previous Headteacher who led the school over the last 18 years. 

The governors are now looking to appoint a Headteacher who will:

• Lead the school through a period of change in a rapidly-shifting educational landscape. 
• Build on and extend the school’s reputation for providing a well-rounded education and exceptional care for every pupil.
• Develop the opportunities provided by the merger with Reed’s School to improve areas of the school as well as share expertise, facilities and resources.
