St Clere’s Co-operative Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Headteacher who:

  • Is an experienced leader with a proven track record who is capable of taking our school from Good to Outstanding.
  • Is an exceptional leader, able to inspire and empower staff to deliver the highest quality teaching and learning and embed excellence at every level
  • Has the highest expectations for the learning, achievement and behaviour of all children
  • Be a strong , visible collaborative leader, who can identify and communicate a clear sense of direction for the school
