Headteacher

Required from September 2017 following the retirement of our Headteacher.

We are a one form entry Church of England Primary School, judged “Good” in our last inspection in 2013 and now have many outstanding features. We aim to help all of our children to flourish in a safe, diverse and inclusive Christian environment, as we serve our local community.

The Governors wish to appoint a new Headteacher who:

• has the passion and commitment to lead the school to become outstanding in all areas
• has high aspirations for all pupils, so that any achievement and progress gaps are narrowed between different groups of children
• is committed to maintain and further develop the Christian ethos of the school
• shares the school's inclusive and nurturing ethos
• has a proven record of successful leadership experience
• is an exemplary classroom practitioner
• demonstrates excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• has the vision and ability to build on the existing strengths of the school
• is able to work closely with the Governing Body in raising standards and developing teaching and learning
