We are working on a confidential assignment for an established, highly regarded British school in UAE, who are seeking to appoint to the role of Headteacher to commence August 2018.
The position would suit a very experienced Deputy Head in a Pre-Prep/Prep/Primary setting with a demonstrable track record of driving academic excellence looking for their first Headship, or a Headteacher with a keen interest in early years. Recent leadership experience within the UK Independent sector is essential, whilst additional experience in a teaching or leadership role outside the UK would be a distinct advantage.
Applicants should have:
- a good honours degree
- a PGCE or equivalent
- at least 10 years teaching experience and with three of those as a Head or Deputy
- a Level 7 qualification such as masters or NPQH
