The governors are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic professional, with a love of children and a passion for teaching and learning.

Birchwood CE Voluntary Aided Primary is a rapidly improving school with dedicated staff and very supportive governors, all of whom are committed to providing the best education possible for our children. We require a person who can ensure that this level of commitment and the continued delivery of our mission statement is maintained.

We are looking for an outstanding leader with excellent management and communication skills, who will promote the distinctive Christian ethos of this school and who has the vision to inspire staff and pupils in order to raise standards. The successful candidate will continue to develop the trust and support of our parents and allow the community nearby to take an active part in school life on a regular basis.
