The Governors  of Ilmington Church of England Primary School are inviting applications from ambitious, experienced and suitably qualified Senior Leaders for the position of Headteacher of this successful primary school in Warwickshire. Our new Headteacher will be supported by a forward thinking Governing Body, that nurtures and develops its leaders.

Ilmington Primary is a thriving, oversubscribed and happy school community nestled at the edge of the Cotswolds, with a talented and committed staff and strongly supportive parents all united as one through our distinctive Christian ethos. Each and every child at our school fills us with pride and continues to inspire us every day. We are seeking a strong and ambitious school leader to build on the many strengths of this wonderful school and to guide us on our future journey.

The successful candidate will be an effective leader, who will continue to raise standards and further enhance the curriculum so that it enriches the lives of our children, makes learning engaging and fun, and ensures every child’s talents are developed to the full. They will play a full part in Warwickshire’s networking groups to raise academic achievement at Ilmington Primary School.
