Co-educational, independent day school, 133 pupils 4 to 11 years, Bilton, Rugby. Now a Princethorpe Foundation school, following a recent merger.

Required for September 2017 an individual who is well-qualified, hard-working, efficient and organised, with strong leadership and management skills and a record of outstanding success in the classroom.  

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, command the respect of pupils, staff and parents and demand high standards. He or she will uphold the ethos of the school and have the imagination, drive and vision to help the Crescent School meet new challenges.

The post arises as a result of the retirement (at the end of the school year) of the current post holder after fifteen years of outstanding service.

The successful candidate may be working currently in the independent or maintained sector. This is a full-time position.

The (Princethorpe) Foundation pay scale is associated with, but some way above national scales.
