The governing body of Arden Fields School is looking for a bold, dedicated Headteacher to lead us through an exciting transformation. River House School in Henley in Arden is a small special school for boys, becoming a co-educational academy for students, year 5 to year 11, with a range of complex social, emotional and mental health needs, to be called Arden Fields School.

Our new school is sponsored by a successful local all-age special school with which we share the ambition to equip every child with the skills, confidence and strategies to enable them to achieve their goals, make successful transitions and take a full and purposeful part in society.
