We are a 'small but mighty' and 'family' school.

We did not think we would be advertising for a headteacher at this stage in the school’s development. However, following the sudden, tragic death in December of our previous head, we find ourselves looking for an exceptional person to lead the school forward. Could it be you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Brings their own unique presence, skills, abilities and passion for education to our school.
• Will work with governors with openness, honesty, transparency and good humour.
• Can carry forward the current plans for our school but also bring to us fresh energy, abundant compassion, and enthusiasm as we work together for the present and future children of the school.
• Is inspirational, flexible and strategic.
• Will actively promote and develop the deep-rooted Christian Foundation and ethos of our school.
