Hillside Primary School is a Good school (OFSTED 2012).

Following the appointment of our existing headteacher to her second headship, the Governing Body is seeking to appoint a person with the drive, tenacity, leadership skills and strategic vision to take our school from Good to Outstanding.

are looking for an inspirational headteacher who is enthusiastic, encouraging, compassionate and has a secure knowledge of both the Early Years and Primary curriculum to drive our school forward. They look for a headteacher who will lead by example, value their opinions, communicate effectively and is committed to providing opportunities for professional development.

Our governors:
seek a headteacher with a clear understanding of financial management who also has the creativity and strategic drive to develop our school further by continuing to accelerate progress and raise attainment, using the momentum of recent years as a springboard.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of an enhanced disclosure from the DBS.
