Headteacher

Due to the retirement of our long-serving Headteacher at the end of 2016, the governing body, staff and children are looking for an inspirational and dynamic Headteacher to lead our forward-looking, child-centred learning community. Radstock is a well-established and friendly school, which plays an active role in the local community of Earley.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

• will have a clear strategic vision for our school
• has a passion for teaching and a strong track record in maintaining high standards
• has an ethos that seeks to bring out the best in every child
• can foster and maintain a secure and supportive learning environment
• will strive for high levels of achievement, via a broad curriculum and wide range of extra-curricular activities
• will ensure that our committed staff continue to be fully supported and motivated, so as to achieve their full potential
• can work closely with everyone within the school community to achieve our goals
