At The Coombes CE Primary School we are committed to our ethos of developing the whole child and ensuring that Christian, family and community values are embedded to provide an enriched and healthy 21st Century education. Currently in Special Measures, this is an excellent opportunity for a strong, talented candidate to lead us on our journey to become Good and – ultimately – Outstanding. 

 We are delighted to have received confirmation that our academy sponsor will be The Keys Academy Trust and that the school that will be sponsoring us is Earley St Peter’s CE Aided Primary School and they will be a founding member of the trust. Earley St Peter’s have received an official Academy Order with a proposed conversion date of July 1st 2017. The trust they are establishing has the aim of inviting other local Church of England primary schools to work with them. They are expecting another local Church of England Primary School to join them later this year.
