Salary: £19,996 - £22,461 (Pro rata salary £27,825 - £31,255). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only 

Hours per Week: 30 

Location: Various across SCC Group

This will be a key student focused role within the college community, supporting the integration of mainstream and SEND students and promoting independence, a healthy lifestyle and college/ life balance. The post holder will also be expected to promote effective working relationships and a positive ethos between students, parents/carers, relevant college staff and external agencies. We require a dynamic and passionate individual with a background in supporting students with health conditions to achieve and fulfill their potential whilst at college.
