Clifton College and Bristol Rugby have entered into an exciting new partnership to recruit, retain and develop high performance rugby players to study at Clifton College. We wish to further enhance the rugby reputation of Clifton College whilst developing players for Bristol Rugby.

This new post has been created, jointly funded and managed, to ensure that those students in the College’s high performance rugby teams study on a pathway that maximises their personal, academic and rugby development.

We seek to appoint a passionate, inspirational and committed individual, ideally qualified as a RFU/IRB Level 3 coach, who has had relevant experience and success coaching elite age grade rugby players in an educational or club academy environment.

Clifton College Upper School is housed in historical buildings, such as the Grade II-listed Percival Library, but it boasts state-of-the-art sporting facilities, including 24 tennis courts and an Olympic-standard hockey pitch.
