Riverside International School, a leading British international school in Prague, is seeking a dynamic and experienced administrator or senior leader to join our High School Leadership Team (focusing on the school’s Junior High/Key Stage 3 division). With 720 students aged 3-18, Riverside is known for its academic excellence, high student achievement, and commitment to student leadership and voice. Offering the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, and IB Diploma programmes, the school provides an exceptional learning environment that inspires both students and staff.

The successful candidate will:

• Be part of the leadership team, actively supporting the day-to-day management of the division of the school.
• Support the school's core principles and strategic values of Challenge, Community, and Care, while serving as a role model of character and integrity.
• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of a specific area of the school, aligned with their skill set and areas of interest, ensuring alignment with the whole-school Strategic Plan.
• Foster a strong sense of community by actively engaging with students, staff, and parents.
• Visibly represent the school community at key events, consistently upholding the school’s strategic values.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to support the strategic vision and direction of the high school, contributing to both Junior High and Senior High as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a proven track record of leadership in a high school setting, adapting to various roles within a dynamic leadership structure.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies, procedures, and programs that align with the school’s mission and values.
• Actively participate in and support the cultural and extracurricular life of the school.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships within the school community.
• Embrace opportunities for professional growth while mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the school community.

This is a full-time position, commencing on 18 August 2025.
