Higher Education Teacher in Business, Leadership & Management (University Centre)

The University Centre at Calderdale College is looking to appoint an experienced, and highly effective Main Grade Lecturer in Business, Leadership and Management. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Business, Leadership and Management subjects at Level 4 and above, and be committed to their own continual professional development.

The post holder will course lead, plan, deliver and quality assure on the Foundation Degree and BA Honours in Business, Leadership and Management. There may also be a requirement to deliver on professional Leadership and Management programmes such as The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

A key priority for the post holder is to engage in industrial updating, whilst being actively involved in the development and delivery of employer responsive provision. You will also be required to work autonomously, whilst being part of a newly established team.
