Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) 3 days fixed term to 21st July 2022 with the possibility of renewal for the right candidate

Salary: Scale 5 (12-18) Outer London (£25,137-£27,978 FTE / £10,035-£11,170 actual) Local Government Pension Scheme

Start date: February 2022 or as soon as possible / 17.25 hours pw (8.30-3.15pm and 1 hour split break)

Closing date: Friday 4th February 2022 at 10.00am (Interviews Thursday 10th February)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HLTA. You must have a real passion for supporting staff and children to create a rich, inclusive and balanced educational environment. You will be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our children. We are looking for an HLTA who has the attitudes and skills to support our children to achieve their absolute best.

We need you to be a highly skilled, positive and friendly team player, be able to model excellent spoken and written English and be dedicated to building positive relationships with families to boost achievement and wellbeing. It is vital you are committed to and skilled at helping children achieve, no matter what their starting point is.
