Enfield Heights Academy is currently looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with one area of responsibility, dependant on experience which will be discussed at interview stage. 

The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be working alongside the Class Teacher to deliver learning to support the academic achievement of all learner, through focused group learning, as directed by the Class Teacher.

Job Purpose: To consistently support and deliver learning to ensure all pupils make excellent progress.
