£23,132 - £24,066 p.a. (for 37 hours per week during term-time) (£26,466 - £27,514 p.a. pro-rata) 

Working in a supportive role in a caring environment as a HLTA, you will have principle responsibility to lead our provision for identified students with specific literacy needs. 

This role will involve some 1:1 work with students, as well as group work sessions, to help and support with literacy skills.  You will work closely with students, families and staff members and this rewarding role will see the successful candidate making a real difference to the achievements of our young people who need this additional support and understanding.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated applicants with experience of working with young people, in a school environment, who are passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential.  This is a rewarding and varied role where you will need a positive and flexible approach to work.
