We are currently looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, to meet the specific needs of individual students, or a small group of students, across the academy.
The successful candidate will undertake class supervision, delivering prepared work from the agreed schemes of work, under guidance and support of the classroom teacher. The role also involves liaising with all relevant staff to support students’ progress and overall development.
We are committed to developing our staff at the academy and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake training, fully funded, to achieve HLTA status.
