HLTA - Inclusion Hub

Salary: Grade F, points 6 – 7 

Starting: asap

Hours: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (term time plus training days)

We are seeking to appoint a qualified HLTA to work within out Inclusion Hub.  You will be required to manage the team of Teaching Assistants on a daily basis and oversee the implementation for groups of students with SEN.

Applicants should have the ability to communicate and organise their time effectively, work independently as well as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.  You should be educated to at least degree level or equivalent and/or have extensive experience of working with students with SEND.
