Higher Level Teaching Assistant KS1 Primary/ Cover Supervisor 

Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance.   The trust currently consists of a Primary and Secondary School and has future expansion plans.     

As part of our expansion we are looking to appoint two KS1 Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistants.  Under the direction and supervision of teaching staff, the successful candidate will provide learning support and assistance to pupils in and out of the classroom (including possible Breakfast and After School Clubs, on a rotational basis). The successful candidate will work in KS1; be experienced in observing and assessing children as they learn through play and be responsible for supervising classes during the absence of teaching staff. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and developing primary school and would be suitable for someone who is looking to develop their career or a graduate who is considering a career in teaching and the School Direct Programme.
