As a new school within a highly aspirational and academically successful multi-academy Trust, Ealing Fields High School offers comprehensive CPD, exciting development opportunities and good promotion prospects for its teachers. The school, now in its fifth year, moved to its brand new permanent site in Northfields in September 2020.  

We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver outstanding academic and pastoral provision for all pupils at Ealing Fields School at KS4 and to manage post-16 transition. The main purpose of the role is to undertake rigorous monitoring of internal outcomes for EHCP students from years 9-11 as well as support areas for improvement. The role will undertake and chair up to 10 Annual Reviews and deliver SEN interventions curriculum and provide an excellent transition from KS4 to post-16. This role will also support exemplary learning behaviour throughout the school and that 90% of EHCP students at KS4 remain at pastoral stages 0 & 1.

This Role is up to 35 hours per week however part time applications can be considered, particularly for three or four days per week. Exact hours per week will be discussed and agreed at interview and the salary will therefore be a pro rata figure according to the hours worked.

Ealing Fields High School, Ealing

Ealing Fields High School was opened as a Free School in 2016, and became part of the Twyford CE Academies Trust on 1st September 2017. Ealing Fields is the smallest of the Trust schools, with only 120 in each Year Group and therefore has a very compact community identity. The school now has five Year Groups (7 - 11) totalling 600 students, and the staff community, though still small, is very positive and highly motivated. The school moved to its brand new permanent site in Northfields in September 2020.

Ealing Fields High School was opened as a Free School in 2016, and became part of the Twyford CE Academies Trust on 1stSeptember 2017. Ealing Fields is the smallest of the Trust schools, with only 150 in each Year Group and therefore has a very compact community identity. The Twyford Church of England Academies Trust (TCEAT) is a compact CoE MAT which comprises four schools in the London Borough of Ealing.
