The Inclusion Team at Kettering Science Academy consists of a wide range of professionals including SENCO, TA’s, School Counsellor, School Nurse and the Safeguarding Team. Together we work to support our students and their families so that their outcomes are the best they can be, supporting the schools ethos of ‘Being the best you can be’ through Knowledge, Strength and Ambition.
Would you like to make a difference for young people with SEND and additional needs? We are seeking a dynamic and capable HLTA to join our team.
The role will involve promoting a learning environment which supports high aspirations for our students with SEND and additional needs; to support the SENCO to lead the TA team ensuring that student learning and achievement needs are met and to promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people. You will be part of a caring and nurturing team who want the very best for our young people.
