Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Hours/Contract: Term-time only, Permanent Position: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

The Role: We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, talented and dynamic HLTA to assist our KS3 Lead and SENCo with Transition and Interventions. Staff love working in our college, we have high, consistent standards, a different STEAM based curriculum and fantastic staff development and training.

The Person: As well as being an excellent practitioner working within a SEND and Pastoral Team, we are looking for someone with a brilliant track record of improvement as well as having dynamic skills to support teaching and learning in a classroom setting.  

Ideally you will have experience of working with a range of students and can show strong pastoral expertise in building a team and working with parents and external agencies.
