HLTA Required for September 2023


The Governors are keen to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who:

  • Can support teaching and learning across the school
  • Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour
  • Has a proven track record of implementing successful intervention programmes
  • Can provide short term cover in classes across the school as required (e.g. ECT, PPA and staff absence)
  • Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience of working with children with SEND
  • Experience of supporting EAL children (desirable) 
  • Must have a level 4 HLTA qualification or Level 3 NVQ

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days
