Job overview
KS4 & 5 history for the European Baccalaureate, with wonderful support from a multicultural staff and no experience necessary. Option to teach English at KS3 to increase hours. Other subjects could make a it a full-time role.

This is a fixed term position as our model changes to teach history in other languages.

Europa School UK is unique, it is a UK state school which offers a bilingual education from four to 18.
September 2017 saw ESUK open the Secondary School, the final stage of a phased opening which began in 2012 with key stage 1. We offer a multilingual and multicultural education, with children taught in English and also either German, French or Spanish via full immersion. Europa School inherits from its predecessor a history of preparing students for outstanding success at universities in the UK, throughout Europe and beyond.
The primary has 3 form entry and is consistently oversubscribed. We are an accredited IB World School and received a good rating from Ofsted.

The centrepiece of the Secondary School is the beautiful grade-II listed buildings of Culham College which hosted a European School from 1978 to 2017. The school is set in rural Oxfordshire but near Oxford and Abingdon. Europa has recently undergone a substantial capital works project funded by the DfE and in the coming year they will also build a new 8 classroom block for the primary section. There is onsite parking and good cycle access.
