History Teacher (September 2018) MPS, UPS, Open to NQT’s (Outer London)
We are seeking to recruit a History teacher from September 2018 to teach all Key Stages to A level. The history department is forward thinking, extremely well resourced and the achievement of our pupils is exceptional. History is a popular subject and around 60 pupils choose to study history at GCSE. In 2017, 34.5% of our pupils achieved A* - A grades at GCSE and a pass rate of 100%. At A level, 57.1% of pupils achieved A* - B grades last year.
Enfield County places a strong emphasis on developing all staff and offer an outstanding Teaching and Learning and NQT Induction programme. We have a hardworking team of skilled and specialist teachers and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students. We have recently been awarded the Gold Standard from the Institute of Education / UCL for the quality of our CPD.
