The Douay Martyrs Catholic Secondary School are currently recruiting for a dynamic Teacher of History to join our welcoming and successful school. We are looking to appoint a teacher who is motivated to teach high quality engaging lessons that help students gain a love of History.  You would be joining a department which is committed to achieving outstanding progress and attainment for all students. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to develop, plan and deliver effective and high quality learning experiences to all students 
  • Be a newly qualified or experienced teacher who is enthusiastic, influential and committed to working in pursuit of  success for the school academy and its learners.
  • Be a passionate believer in History education.
