Job overview

We are looking to appoint an outstanding History Teacher to join our Humanities Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive school to help deliver outstanding outcomes for all our students. For an exceptional candidate the opportunity to lead the department may be available (TLR 2.2).

We are an 11-16 comprehensive school with approximately 1400 students on roll. We are significantly oversubscribed and are always a popular first choice of school for families in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. We are a very successful school academically; our students achieve excellent outcomes. We are proud that Ofsted judged our school ‘Outstanding’ in all areas.

We are the lead secondary school in a developing Multi Academy Trust that currently consists of four Hull primary schools and a Hull secondary school.
