Are you looking to join an exciting History department? Do you have a passion and love of History and can bring energy into the classroom? 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and high-achieving department. You will have the ability to deliver inspiring lessons, be part of creating an exceptional place of learning and help build on the excellent current standards of History in the school. 

Naturally we expect all staff to undertake a pastoral role as a form tutor and to get involved in the wider life of the school through its trips and extracurricular activities. 

Teaching experience will not be a determining fact, as we welcome applications from NQTs as well as more experienced candidates. We will develop every staff member that joins our team, providing one-to-one support, coaching and mentoring and access to extensive professional development. 

You must hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree to be considered for this post.
