Job overview
The position will include:
• Deputising for the Senior Teaching Assistant.
• Supporting the Senior Teaching Assistant in the effective delivery of her duties.
• Planning and teaching 2 x Literacy and 1 x Numeracy lessons each week.
• Covering lessons for teachers in all subject areas.
• Providing line management, including performance management for named Woodlane Teaching Assistants.
• Teaching Assistant to a named subject area or 1:1 pupil.
