Job overview

A very enthusiastic and flexible Holiday Provision Manager is required, able to lead a small team delivering excellent care for children between 2-8 years old. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record in the classroom, be well-qualified and will ideally already be in a management role within education. A passion for excellent standards in all aspects of care and desire to work with this age range will be essential, as is an ability to work effectively as a member of our community. This post will ideally suit Level Three qualified applicants.

A suitably experienced candidate may also wish to be considered as our Early Years Admissions lead—a role which would be part-time during the School term, and in addition to the Holiday Club Manager position. Please indicate your interest in this additional role in your written application.

This is an exciting time to join the College; under the current leadership the School is progressing rapidly with the aim of becoming one of the best small independent schools in the UK.  A new vision focusing on providing personalised education will guide the School in the next phase of its development and we are specifically looking for staff who are sympathetic with our core values. 

The College is situated in the picturesque village of Tettenhall and stands in 33 acres of stunning grounds and woods.  There are currently 420 pupils on roll of whom 80 are full boarders.
