Horticulturalist / School Grounds Person

The college is set in 77 acres of beautiful grounds and has a highly skilled team of grounds staff.  Due to retirement we wish to appoint a keen horticulturalist / grounds person to join the team. Responsibilities will include creating planting schemes, plant care, maintaining the College’s formal gardens, sports pitches, and recreational grounds and all the associated machinery and equipment. A qualification in horticulture and extensive plant knowledge is required, together with previous experience in a similar role. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. A competitive salary will be offered, dependent on qualifications and experience.
