At present we employ 269 salaried teaching and assessing staff. We also employ 256 administrative staff, 38 managers and approximately 200 hourly paid teachers and assessors. We are seeking an hourly paid Additional Needs Support Tutor to join our Dyslexia Support Team. Providing support to students with specific learning difficulties you will be innovative, organised and dependable and have excellent communication skills.

You will have the ability to screen and assess candidates for Dyslexia / Dyspraxia, complete exam access arrangements and advise on progression towards further assessment as well as deliver 1:1 support for post 16 students in a college environment.

You will have a specialist Dyslexia qualification and a current assessment practising certificate. You will also hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent and will hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 5 teaching qualification.
