Job overview

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to run Dean, one of Rugby School’s six Girls’ Boarding Houses. There are 53 girls in the House (13-18).

The accommodation and remuneration are excellent. The successful candidate must be a first rate classroom practitioner and will be expected to teach 30 periods a fortnight up to and including A Level. All academic disciplines will be considered. Rugby is renowned for its innovative approach to education; as a coaching school we are looking for staff who are committed to professional development and personal growth. Candidates will be expected to contribute fully to the co-curricular life of the School. The Rugby salary scale is a generous one.
