We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic colleague who shares our vision of teaching as a vocation, and who will seize an exciting opportunity to work at Rugby School. The successful candidate will lead Bradley House, a highly successful girls’ boarding House for up to 55 girls (13-18).

The successful candidate must have strong pastoral instincts and have a track record as an excellent teacher.  The successful candidate is expected to teach 24 periods a fortnight up to and including 

A Level/ IB. All academic disciplines will be considered.

Alongside A Levels, the School is delighted to offer all students the chance to study the IB Diploma, a programme closely aligned with Rugby’s commitment to developing the whole person. Rugby is renowned for its highly successful and innovative approach to education.  As a coaching school we are looking for staff who are committed to professional development and personal growth. 

The School is a boarding and day school in full operation seven days per week including evenings during term time. Pastoral, co-curricular, cultural and sports activities take place outside normal day-school hours. All staff are expected to make a full contribution. Accommodation is provided for all full-time teaching staff and the successful candidate will be provided with spacious accommodation attached to the House.
