We have an exciting opportunity for a Housemistress/Housemaster to manage our Lower School boarding house. We are seeking an experienced, outgoing and enthusiastic Housemistress/Housemaster to lead and work with a dedicated residential team. Boarding is at the heart of Headington’s community and the Housemistress/Housemaster will be responsible for a house of students and is line manager for a resident house team.
As well as supporting the girls within school, the Housemistress/Housemaster will represent the public face of boarding and will be actively involved in marketing boarding at Headington during open events, tours of prospective parents and other promotional activities.
Applicants will also be required to teach 0.5 of a timetable and any teaching discipline will be considered. Family self-contained accommodation is available all year round.
