About the role: Milestone Academy has a fantastic opportunity to appoint a HR Administration Support Assistant who will join our team at Milestone Academy based in New Ash Green, Kent. The purpose of this role is to provide effective administration support to the school, having a primary focus on absence management .
It is desirable that you have previous HR experience. As an academy we feel it is important to hire with the right attitude which is why we will be looking for someone that is enthusiastic, focused, reliable and resilient to the day to day pressures that a busy school brings.
The basis for this role is permanent, Term Time + 1 week inset, 20 hours per week (7.30am to 11.30am, Monday - Friday). Interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis, therefore, early applications are strongly encouraged.

Working at Milestone Academy: Milestone Academy is a large special school for pupils with Profound, Severe and Complex needs, and is part of Leigh Academies Trust. We currently have 385 pupils on roll aged between the ages of 2 and 19. The academy comprises a main site and four satellite provisions, each of which are based within other LAT mainstream academies. Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2020, our Trust will comprise 28 geographically organised academies (11 secondaries, 15 primaries and 2 special) educating over 16,000 students, and employing over 2,500 talented staff.
