HR Administrator

We are seeking a HR Administrator on a permanent basis to support the HR department in the provision of a high quality service to the School. This is an exciting time to join HR at the School, as we have recently joined with another school and will be co-educational from September. 

The HR Administrator will support the HR department with tasks such as absence management and recruitment processes, ensuring that all HR practices are fully compliant with Safer Recruitment and GDPR legislation. The successful candidate will preferably have some experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Employment Law and be enthusiastic, motivated, and confident in liaising with all levels of staff.

Salary: c£22,000 p.a., depending on skills and experience

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week)
