(term time plus five training days plus an additional ten days which will include some evening and holiday work by mutual agreement with the Leadership Line Manager).

The school is seeking to appoint an HR Administrator to work in our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will work together with the HR Manager to provide a comprehensive service to all staff at Uxbridge High School.
Key responsibilities include;
- Assisting with daily HR administration.
- Organising and administering cover arrangements for absent colleagues.
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and administration to support the HR function within the school.
- Reporting to relevant bodies on key HR issues.
- Discretion, and to be able to work with highly confidential information.
