A key aspect of this role is to support the administration activity of the employee life cycle and to support the work of the HR team at CHAT for our five academies. This role will have a key role in the administration of the HR system (SelectHR) and processing monthly changes through the system for Payroll.

CHAT has a free onsite car park for staff and a subsidised canteen for lunches. CHAT have a cash benefits scheme through Medicash and can offer a generous pensions scheme through the LGPS.

The Team:

The HR team are going through some exciting changes and growing! This is a great opportunity to support a fast paced HR team in an organisation who are at a point of change and development. We are also at an exciting point with our new HR system project, which has a first phase launch in December 2018 for manager self-service and a new online recruitment and applicant tracking system.

The HR team currently comprises of the Head of HR, x1 HR Advisor and x1 HR Assistant, based in a HR Office that shares one of the sites with two of our Primary academies in Edmonton in North London.

The Trust:

CHAT Academies, was established in 2010. We currently run 5 academies in North London; 4 primary schools and one secondary school in Enfield.

Our goal is to provide outstanding education and life changing opportunities for all our children. We want to be recognised for academic excellence and having a reputation for giving pupils the critical skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in education, employment and life.

At a CHAT academy every child will experience the very special freedom that comes with having the greatest number of opportunities to discover his or her potential. Whatever your child dreams to be, we have a wide array of choices and support in place to empower them to help make his or her preferred future a reality.

How to Apply:

If this sounds like the role for you then please submit your CV and a covering letter (no more than 2 sides) to recruitment@chat-edu.org.uk by the closing date on 21st September 2018.
