Trinity Academy, Bradford, opened with 112 Year 7 students on 4 September 2012 and has now risen to its full capacity of 560 students (Year 7 to 11). Dixons Music Primary opened with 30 Reception children on 4 September 2012 and will rise to its full capacity of 420 pupils by September 2018. Due to our recent expansion, we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator / PA to the Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR enthusiast to work across 3 schools within the Dixons Academies Trust. You will have an opportunity to develop your skills and drive forward the HR function by implementing our new HR software which is due to launch in September 2018.
As a key member of staff, you will support the Operations Manager by: developing and implementing HR initiatives and systems; helping to proactively recruit new talent; administering all HR related documentation; overseeing staff attendance, staff induction, training and development; ensuring that all safeguarding and safer recruitment polices are adhered to.
As well as taking a lead on HR, the candidate will be required to be the Personal Assistant to the Principal at Dixons Trinity Academy which will involve: managing the Principal's diary; screening phone calls, enquiries and requests; ensuring that all secretarial and administrative tasks are carried out accurately and effectively.
The right candidate should possess:
proven experience of working in a HR position
a Level 3 HR qualification or currently working towards one
attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
the ability to work to tight deadlines
the ability to maintain effective relationships
strong ethics and reliability
