We are seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Adviser to assist our Human Resources Manager to develop the central HR Service in our growing organisation. 

The successful candidate will support the HR Manager to;

• Ensure that the organisation is statutorily compliant in all HR Practice.

• Embed a framework of best practice which proactively responds to the organisational priorities.

• Create and maintain an organisation where staff want to work and feel encouraged to grow and continuously develop in their role.

• Provide HR solutions which are responsive, balanced, fair and compassionate to the requirements of our students, employees and managers.

• Maintain and grow partnerships with other stakeholders supporting the ethos of the Trust.

• Embed a development model which enables managers to confidently respond to HR issues in accordance with best practice


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified professional, who is passionate to offer HR solutions that will support our organisation to develop and meet our educational priorities. 

We are looking for someone who:-

• Holds a relevant professional qualification or equivalent (e.g. CIPD/HE qualification in Personnel and Development)

• Has the ability to fully assess the organisations priorities and the implications of actions to make sound judgements.

• Applies a pragmatic approach within the framework of current employment law 

• Can effectively persuade, influence and negotiate in general HR situations to achieve successful outcomes within the boundaries of employment law.

• Experience of providing HR solutions within an education sector would be highly advantageous.
