Job overview
We are looking to secure a suitable candidate who is CIPD qualified or part qualified and an experienced professional, to progress the HR agenda. With generalist HR experience, the successful candidate will work with the HR department across the broad spectrum of HR activities, advising, guiding, coaching and developing others to achieve the current and future aims of the School. You must be prepared to be hands-on in all aspects of your work, have up to date professional knowledge, and undertake CPD activities.
Previous experience of working within an educational environment is desirable but not essential.
